Make Yourself Available for Glory

Thursday 26 March
READ: Gen. 2:5
MORE LESSON: Eph. 1:9-12

When God created the Garden of Eden in the beginning, there was a glory and beauty upon that garden. Everything planted in the garden grew and was fruitful. There was a river that parted into four tributaries that watered the garden. The trees of the garden were ready for food and everything had been prepared. The garden was ready and the glory was there but the Bible says that God had not caused it to rain and there was no man to till the ground. The man to occupy the garden was not to labour to prepare the garden but to enter into an already prepared glory. But no man was available so God created Adam to enjoy the glory made ready in the garden.
The Bible says that God had not caused it to rain because He had not found the man that would till the ground. Glory was available in the created garden but God needed a man that will step into the glory. God is still in the business of looking for men that will manifest His glory in our days. He is searching for people that He will use as tools, even in this end time, to affect and impact this generation.
If you are born again, the seed of the glory is already in you; you just need to make yourself available to God in order to go forth and manifest His glory. Make up your mind that wherever you find yourself, you will make yourself available for God's glory there. Go forth in your school, business, place of work or wherever you find yourself, and manifest the glory of God.
Are you available for God to make you manifest His glory? Refuse to hide the glory of God; refuse to be lazy or to put your light under a bushel. The text we read says there was no man to till the ground and manifest the glory of the garden that God created. Let it not be said in your own time that there is no man to manifest God's glory and to serve Him. Be that man that will be available to do His will and manifest His glory.
Man is undoubtedly created for the sole aim of manifesting God’s glory, and there is still room for you to be one of such examples. If you are going through a challenge of life, that situation in God’s hand is an opportunity to turn you to a wonder and a testimony. That challenge is not designed to ruin you but to prove what God can do through you. So, don’t despair; don’t give up. Keep up with God and you will be the next evidence of His glory.

Prayer/Action
* Thank God for the opportunity to be an agent of glory in life and destiny.
* Ask God to grant you grace to live worthy of His glory.
* Ask God to turn every situation of your life to a praise of His glory.

PROPHETIC PRAYER
The function and purpose of God for my life shall not be aborted, in the mighty name of Jesus.

Arise and Shine

Wednesday 25 March
READ: Isaiah 60:1-7
MORE LESSON: Isa. 40:1-5

Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee: Is. 60:1. This popular portion of the Scripture talks about the rising of the glory of God upon His people. And God's glory is certainly something we all desire to see manifest in our lives. Everything God has created has its own glory. There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory: 1 Cor. 15:41. Every man has his glory but not everyone is shining forth the glory, which is the reason God told His people to arise and shine forth the glory. I pray that your glory will show forth, in Jesus’ Name.

Your glory talks about your virtue, value and worth. It is time for you to begin to engage your abilities, virtues and worth so that you could have achievements and results to show to God's glory. You may meet a man who does not look very impressive to you until you begin to hear that the same man has many achievements and owns so much wealth. When you get to know that he has written so many books, travelled to speak in so many countries and bagged so many awards, you immediately begin to respect him. Why? Because you just heard about his glory-his attributes, abilities, qualities and results. That will be your portion, in Jesus’ name; men will begin to respect you as they see God’s glory upon you.

When we read Isaiah chapter 59, which proceeds God's command to the people to arise, we realize the condition of the people God told them to arise. They were living in sin for which reason they lost the glory. Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. They were down because of sin. Any sinful man or nation is always without glory. And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD: Isa. 59:20. Immediately after turning from transgression, the next chapter says, Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee: Isa. 60:1.

If you want glory, you have to say goodbye to sin. Sin makes a man come short of the glory but when such a man turns to the Lord, his story changes.
As you turn from sin to the Lord today, I prophesy that your light is come; you will arise and God's glory will be evident upon you. Whatever acts of sin that might have been tying down your glory, I rebuke them today, in Jesus’ name. Your glory will rise in this new day that the Lord has made, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer/Action
* Give God thanks for His promise of glory upon your life.
* Ask that whatever is covering your glory (known and hidden) be broken today.
* Declare that your destiny will not be crippled but shall arise and shine from today on.

PROPHETIC PRAYER
I rededicate my life and destiny to the God of Israel today and forever, in the mighty name of Jesus.

When Others are Blessed

Tuesday 24 March
READ: Psa. 84:11-12
MORE LESSON: James 1:17

I want you to know that every goodness that you see in people can be duplicated in you. There is nothing good that you have seen that cannot come to you. However, it is the attitude that you have towards someone else's good that determines whether you have your own. Today I want you to have the right attitude towards other people's blessings so that you can have your own.

One of the reasons human beings are envious when somebody has something that they do not have is because they do not realize that whatever someone has is also available to them. The God that gave that man can give you as well. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning: James 1:17 (NKJV).

The first thing to do when someone has something that you don't have is to celebrate God for that person. When you sincerely thank God for another person's goodness, you have just signed a cheque for yours. If you have been trusting God for children, you don't have to turn your face away when you see a pregnant woman. Instead, look at her very well and commend her, trusting God that that is how you are going to look when you become pregnant. That woman's pregnancy is a testimony that God is still giving children to people and so He will give you. If you are unemployed and you hear the testimony of someone who got a job, don't get angry, bitter or cry in secret. What to do is to dance with the person, knowing that your own is also on the way.

You must recognize that good things can be contacted and transferred. When someone has a good thing that you want, you can sow a seed to that person and contact the blessing. If you are unmarried and the right partner is not forthcoming, and you hear that someone is getting married, that is the time to sow seeds of money, support and assistance to that wedding. By so doing, you have contacted that good thing and it will be transferred to you.

Also, know that any person's achievement is also available for and you can even be surpassed. The fact that someone has achieved something means that too you can achieve it. Recognize that the good thing that someone has is not the limit of the expression of that thing. If you desire to do something and someone else gets it done, don't be envious. Just aim for a higher expression of that thing and God will give it to you. Don't be envious of people's goodness but let it motivate you to aspire for good things as well. Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. (Heb. 10:24-25).

Prayer/Action
* Give thanks to God for what He is doing for everyone around you-mention some.
* Pray that God will sustain those things in the life of those people.
* Ask that God will do same and more for you that together, you all will celebrate God’s goodness to His glory,

PROPHETIC PRAYER
Today, I put a total end to every reoccurring affliction in my destiny, in Jesus’ mighty name.

Activate the Word

Monday 23 March
READ: Josh. 14:6-13
MORE LESSON: Jn. 55: 10-11

The Word of God is true and does not fail, but we need to learn how to align ourselves with the Word so as to experience its performance. All that is written in the Bible is yours just for the asking but there are things to do to make them happen. God's Word is everything you require; you only need to know how to activate it.

The first step in making the Word work for you is to have a good knowledge of what is written. If you don't know what is written for you, you can't claim it. If a will is written by a father and he dies and the son doesn't know what was written in the will, he can't lay a claim to the estate bequeathed to him. The Bible is a compilation of God's will for you: the word 'testament' actually means 'will'. The Old Testament reveals the 'old will' and the New Testament shows the 'new will' of God for you. When Jesus died He left a will, the Bible. You need to discover what is in the will and lay claim to the promise in the will for you. Your destiny will enter rest and cease from all labour when you discover what is written in God's will which shows the inheritance that Jesus left for you.

After you have discovered what is written concerning you, keep confessing it. Say it till it happens. Caleb kept in his heart the promise Moses made to him that he would inherit the land of Canaan (Deut. 1:36, Josh. 14:6-12). Fourty-five years later when he was 85, he had not forgotten what was said concerning him. As soon as he entered Canaan, he demanded for the land that God promised him. You can't demand what you don't know, and when you know it, you also cannot stay at the point of just knowing. You must do something about it; keep confessing it. There is at least a promise for each aspect of your life from the scriptures; it is time to appropriate them. There are promises of provision, protection, fruitfulness, greatness, grace, anointing and whatever you need in life. Search them out and when you find them, just keep confessing them. Don't get tired of confessing the Word and don't get tired speaking the Word. Heaven and earth will pass away but God's Word will never go unfulfilled because, For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven: Ps. 119:89 (NKJV).

Beyond confession however is the issue of believing that Word. Every Word of God is activated at the point of faith. If you don't believe in what you have read and confessed, you have simply wasted your time. Jesus once said, ...If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth Mk. 9:23. Meditate on it.

Prayer/Action
* Ask God to help and increase your faith.
* Ask God to open your understanding to the depth of His Word.
* Lift up your two hands and declare, “God I believe Your Word; make me an evidence of Your Word.

PROPHETIC PRAYER
Every scar of past affliction in my life, by the mighty power of God, be removed, in Jesus’ name.
